Premium Leather Beanbag and Leather Footstool Range:
Handcrafted leather leather beanbag pods from our low level living range are despatched within 5 working days
Leather pouffes, leather cube footstools and cowhide cubes are also despatched within 5 working days.
All of the products above are delivered on a 2 day tracked and signed for service with Parcelforce. 
Upon despatch you will receive an email notification with online tracking details and a day of despatch text message with a 30 to 90 minute delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day.
If in the event of a delay we will contact you so you can decide whether you would like to wait, choose an alternative product from stock, or cancel your order.

The Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Scilly or Northern Ireland and PA, IV and KW. Delivery to Mainland UK addresses: Mon - Friday between 8 & 5pm Timed deliveries such as AM or PM or Saturday Price on request.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your goods when they arrive, however, if you are not completely satisfied, please email us at so we can advise you of our return's procedure. You will be asked to return smaller items via The Post Office, however, larger products will be picked up by our courier on a day that is convenient for you. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please note The Lounge About Company does not bear the cost for returning your product.  If the product has been picked up by our courier the appropriate returns charge will be deducted from your refund.

Premium Leather Chair and Pod Beanbags are £30.00.

All other items can be returned to us via The Post Office.
These returns charges also apply to all our CLEARANCE items.

Refunds are processed up to 5-7 working days after the product has been returned.

In the unlikely event that your products are faulty, just contact us within 24 hours of delivery or as soon as possible within 14 days, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the issue with the product.  We will assess your complaint and, assuming it is valid, arrange to collect the item from you (this does not apply to overseas orders).  Overseas orders will need to be returned by the buyer.  We will either give you a refund or order a replacement for you and re-delivery is free of charge if you are in mainland UK.  Delivery charges apply for overseas orders.
Rest assured we quality check your furniture on assembly and despatch to make sure it's up to our high standards before we send it to you, so faults are rare. However, it's very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as when you sign for the item, it will be assumed that it was received in a good condition and not damaged in transit.  If you notice the packaging has been damaged when you receive it, please write "damaged" on the electronic tablet when you sign for the parcel.  Once unpacked if the product has been damaged in any way, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation for you.
The Lounge Company website is designed to be used as an on-line shop. All payments are processed through Sage Pay our secure online payment provider. Once you have proceeded to the checkout you will then be directed to The Sage Pay website where you will be asked to enter your personal and payment details to complete your order.  The Sage Pay website is secure.  Either a gold padlock will appear in the bottom right hand corner of your screen or the domain will appear The 'S' means it's secure.

Once you have paid, we will send you an email confirmation and contact you to co-ordinate delivery on a weekday of your choice. We can deliver on a Saturday but this normally incurs and additional charge.
Free Gifts

Terms and Conditions for Free Gifts: Sometimes we offer free gifts with certain purchases and these are limited to one gift per order, per customer and may expire when stocks are exhausted. Free gifts are only available to orders delivered within mainland UK. We reserve the right to replace the gift offered to another gift at anytime.  Free gifts are not available if you are using a discount code at the time of purchase, please choose one or the other.
If the product is returned to us we require you to return the gift as well to receive a full refund.
We do try to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and complete, but sometimes mistakes occur and we therefore do not accept any liability which may arise as a result of any such errors or incomplete information.
The Lounge About Company will not be liable for any delivery delays or failures caused by circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authority, rain, fire, flood, accidents, earthquake(s), strikes or labour shortages and transportation facilities shortages.

Product Specifications - Colours
The range of colours offered on our products are as accurate as our software will allow. The colours may also vary slightly due to the dyeing process. The Lounge About Company has tried to offer a fair representation of each colour as a guide to assist the purchaser with a choice. It is our aim to ensure that the colours will be as close to those shown on this web site.
