The Lounge Company website is designed to be used as an on-line shop. All payments are processed through Paypal our secure online payment provider. Once you have clicked 'Buy Now' you will be directed through to Paypal to fill in your payment card details. Either a gold padlock will appear in the bottom right hand corner of your screen or the domain will appear https://www.paypal.com. The 'S' means it's secure.Once you have paid, we will send you an email confirmation and contact you to co-ordinate delivery on a weekday of your choice. We can deliver on a Saturday but this normally incurs and additional charge..

Terms and Conditions for Free Gifts: Sometimes we offer free gifts with certain purchases and these are limited to one gift per order and may expire when stocks are exhausted. We reserve the right to replace the gift offered to another gift at anytime. If the product is returned to us we require you to return the gift as well to receive a full refund.

DELIVERY TIMES
Premium Leather Range
Handcrafted Leather Sofa, Mega Chair and Pod Bean Bags
All made to order and take 3 - 6 weeks unlesss in stock. Delivered on a 2 day service and the parcel will require a signature.
Cowhide Products
Delivered within 4-5 working days if in stock. Special requirements may take up to 10 working days from the day you choose your cowhide from the pictures we send to you.
Handcrafted Leather Footstools and Cube Seats
Delivered within 5 workings days on a two day service.
If in the event of a delay we will contact you so you can decide whether you would like to wait, choose an alternative product from stock, or cancel your order. |

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your goods when they arrive, however, if you are not completely satisfied, please call us on 01323 891170 so we can arrange for collection. You will be asked to return smaller items via The Post Office, however, larger products will be picked up by our courier on a day that is convenient for you. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging and must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

RETURNS DELIVERY CHARGES
Our scale of returns charges via courier are:Premium Leather Chair, Slouch and Pod Beanbags are £30.00.
Premium Leather Sofa Beanbags are £45.00.
All other items can be returned to us via The Post Office.
These returns charges also apply to all our CLEARANCE items.
Refunds are processed up to 5 working days after the product has been returned.
Please note The Lounge About Company does not bear the cost for returning your product. If the product has been picked up by our courier the appropriate returns charge will be deducted from your refund.
In the unlikely event that your products are faulty, please return the product within 14 days of delivery and call us on 01323 891170 so we can arrange for collection. You will be offered the choice of a replacement product or a full refund. We are one of the only companies not to apply a restocking charge to your refund.
